Frequently Asked Questions

How do I return my customized product?

 

There are many reasons you may want to return a product, and our company wants to give you the flexibility to do so. As long as your product is still in new condition, we offer free returns to our customers. The first step is to reach out to us via email at recover.il@veinternational.org. Please make the subject line of your email “Return Order #######” (use your transaction number), and include the reason for your return as well as the product that you are returning in your message. We will then give you further return information. 


 

How long does it take for my product to arrive?

 

ReCover is committed to getting you your product as soon as possible. From the time you place your order, we work hard to customize your product, package it, and ship it to you fast. Due to the additional time needed to prepare custom orders, most of our products arrive in approximately two weeks. 


 

How do you customize your product?

 

We want you to be able to customize any product you purchase, and we understand that customers have different customization needs. That’s why we ask you to put any customization information that you have in the order notes upon ordering the product, being as specific as possible. If your customization includes a personal image, a ReCover employee will reach out to you for that file as soon as your order is processed.


 

What forms of payment do you accept?

 

As a member of the VE International organization, ReCover accepts two forms of payment. We accept payments from a US Network bank account, which are held by any VE Employees in the United States. We also accept payments from VE cards when purchases are made at any trade show we attend. 


 

Do you charge sales tax?

 

As a member of the VE International organization, ReCover is obligated to charge a 7% sales tax rate. This tax is applied when you purchase your order. 


 

Why is my order delayed?

 

We’re sorry for the delay! ReCover is committed to getting you your product as soon as possible. As a first-year firm, we’ve been experiencing some delays as we develop our order processing systems. We’ve been rectifying these issues, and will get you your order as soon as possible. Additionally, if you ordered from us during a heavy order period (i.e. a Trade Show), your products may be delayed as we have to process a larger amount of orders. 


 

What are my customization options?

 

When you order from ReCover, you’re given the option to choose from our one-of-a kind, pre-selected set of designs, or to customize your product with your own logo, design, or image when placing your order. If you choose to customize your product with your own image, please specify your customization needs in the order notes section when you place your order. Once we process your order, a ReCover employee will reach out to you for that specific image file. If you choose one of our designs, simply select that product design when you place your order.
